About the role
- Working Student in Business Operations at FION Energy GmbH, a Cleantech startup in Berlin. Supporting business development and operations processes in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- You will build the foundation of our business development and operations processes.
- You will support the setup and continuous improvement of our operations structures — from internal workflows to project organization.
- You will bring order to our data, documents and processes (e.g., proposals, contracts, project files, internal guidelines).
- You will assist with sales and marketing operations (e.g., proposal processes, lead documentation, analyses, templates).
- You will maintain and structure content in tools like Google Sheets, Drive, CRM and accounting tools, and help evolve them sensibly.
- You will coordinate and structure documentation for our battery storage projects (e.g., project data, technical documents, partner information).
- You will identify inefficient workflows, rethink processes and help build scalable systems.
- If you want: take on small projects in automation, reporting and AI-assisted process optimization.
Requirements
- You are structured, reliable and want ownership, not just task lists.
- You can quickly learn new tools (Sheets, Drive, SevDesk or similar).
- You ask questions when something is unclear and carry topics through to completion.
- You enjoy working with numbers, documents and systems — and want to understand how a company really operates.
- German fluent, English solid.
