Responsibilities
Work closely with the Business Product Owner (BPO) and other stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, ensuring the solution aligns with scaling objectives and expansion for the use cases supporting key business processes.
Collect feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to identify areas for improvement or new features that support scaling while maintaining user satisfaction.
Work closely with Scrum Master/PM, Business Analysts, developers (Front-end and Back-end Data Engineers), UX/UI designers during iterations; clarify requirements and answer questions during sprints.
Engage with stakeholders to get data and requirements for scenario runs and refresh/develop scenarios in DST as needed.
Maintain a well-organized backlog of user stories, features, and fixes; ensure that the backlog is transparent and accessible to the team.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required; a focused degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, or related field and/or Master’s or MBA degree preferred
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Digital Transformation projects within a global environment
Strong analytical and technology orientation
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain design including flow and key design parameters
Proven experience in project management
Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
Requires up to 15% domestic and international travel depending on work location and business needs
