Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations, maintenance coordination, and occupancy management of Unaccompanied Housing (UH) facilities
- Managing building operations, monitoring facility conditions, and coordinating service requests
- Ensuring safe, clean, and habitable living environments for assigned personnel
- Serving as the primary point of contact for residents and addressing housing concerns
- Enforcing occupancy policies and ensuring compliance with housing regulations
- Conducting routine inspections, documenting deficiencies, and coordinating corrective actions
- Maintaining housing records and managing room assignments and turnovers
- Coordinating check-in and check-out processes and supporting housing inspections and audits
- Assisting with quality-of-life initiatives and emergency response coordination
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, housing operations, property management, or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of building operations, preventive maintenance coordination, and occupancy management
- Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact professionally with residents and leadership
- Must possess a valid Passport and be able to travel internationally
- Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization
