Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations, maintenance coordination, and occupancy management of Unaccompanied Housing (UH) facilities
Managing building operations, monitoring facility conditions, and coordinating service requests
Ensuring safe, clean, and habitable living environments for assigned personnel
Serving as the primary point of contact for residents and addressing housing concerns
Enforcing occupancy policies and ensuring compliance with housing regulations
Conducting routine inspections, documenting deficiencies, and coordinating corrective actions
Maintaining housing records and managing room assignments and turnovers
Coordinating check-in and check-out processes and supporting housing inspections and audits
Assisting with quality-of-life initiatives and emergency response coordination
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, housing operations, property management, or related field
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of building operations, preventive maintenance coordination, and occupancy management
Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact professionally with residents and leadership
Must possess a valid Passport and be able to travel internationally
Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization
