Responsibilities

  • develop and manage a high-performing team
  • build strategic relationships with healthcare executives
  • establish and execute account strategies
  • ensure integration of solutions that support company’s and customers' objectives
  • cultivate sustainable relationships with healthcare executives, clinicians, and key decision-makers
  • coordinate with internal resources to address customer needs
  • lead the development of comprehensive account plans for healthcare systems
  • analyze customer data and assess needs
  • enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • 15+ years in customer facing roles in medical device or healthcare related industry
  • 5+ years in people leadership with proved track record of success
  • Preference given to healthcare experience in the MCS or Cardiovascular space
  • Prior KOL management experience
  • Prior experience creating and implementing strategic programs within and across health care systems
  • Strong ability to navigate multiple stakeholders
  • Mastery of cardiac anatomy and clinical data
  • Ability to travel extensively, including weekends (up to 70%)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare policy, hospital, and physician reimbursement
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
