Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
15+ years in customer facing roles in medical device or healthcare related industry
5+ years in people leadership with proved track record of success
Preference given to healthcare experience in the MCS or Cardiovascular space
Prior KOL management experience
Prior experience creating and implementing strategic programs within and across health care systems
Strong ability to navigate multiple stakeholders
Mastery of cardiac anatomy and clinical data
Ability to travel extensively, including weekends (up to 70%)
Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare policy, hospital, and physician reimbursement
