About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for executing business plans to drive utilization for NeuWave Medical Accounts in California. Focusing on recruiting new users and training physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical Accounts
  • Recruit new users and educate referring physicians
  • Execute training of physicians and staff
  • Generate and develop disposable sales, equipment sales and service sales through ongoing management of account relationships
  • Manage all aspects of the customer selling lifecycle to achieve consistent and sustainable sales revenue
  • Responsible for service agreement contracts
  • Develop professional education events tailored to each market
  • Serve as a technical consultant to physicians in the procedure room

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant Medical Device/ Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Strong proven medical device sales track record with documented growth and achievements
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills
  • Capital Equipment experience
  • Market development or product launch experience
  • Strong business acumen, including C-Suite customer experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% – 60%
