Responsibilities
Develop and execute business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical Accounts
Recruit new users and educate referring physicians
Execute training of physicians and staff
Generate and develop disposable sales, equipment sales and service sales through ongoing management of account relationships
Manage all aspects of the customer selling lifecycle to achieve consistent and sustainable sales revenue
Responsible for service agreement contracts
Develop professional education events tailored to each market
Serve as a technical consultant to physicians in the procedure room
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of relevant Medical Device/ Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience
Strong proven medical device sales track record with documented growth and achievements
Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills
Capital Equipment experience
Market development or product launch experience
Strong business acumen, including C-Suite customer experience
Ability to travel up to 50% – 60%
