Responsibilities
Expand global sales and build an installed base and network of satisfied customers
Own Powertrim’s sales funnel and quality customer data in our CRM system (HubSpot)
Demonstrate that structured sales leads to predictable results: growing revenue according to our 5-year plan with a healthy gross margin
Rationalize, expand and maintain a global network of sales partners
Develop to become a valued expert on power module packaging and handling for (potential) customers and suppliers of adjacent semicon backend manufacturing technologies
Build, manage and inspire a small sales team delivering on our module packaging leadership promise while staying frugal
Requirements
Bachelor or Master in a technical field (business innovation, mechanical engineering or comparable)
Strong sales professional with at least 7-10 years of experience successfully (consultative) selling capital investment goods in an industrial, preferably high tech or/and machine-building or/and automotive environment
Demonstrable success in opportunity scouting, acquisition, closing deals and managing long-term customer relationships with follow-on sales, preferably dealing with corporate clients
Semiconductor industry experience is considered an advantage
Great communicator in English, both verbally and in writing
Experience with sales in China is highly recommended as this will be our largest market
Natural tendency to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Hands-on and confident in producing and presenting work
