About the role

Product Designer Senior role at Omni focusing on strategic design for accessible financing solutions in Brazil. Involves user research, prototyping, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of problems end-to-end, from defining the opportunity through delivery and continuous evolution of the solution;
Plan, conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative research, including in-depth interviews, usability testing and hypothesis validation with real users;
Create, maintain and evolve journeys, flows, personas and experience maps, ensuring an end-to-end perspective and coherence of the experience;
Propose and prototype solutions at different levels of fidelity, always connecting user needs to clear business objectives;
Work closely and collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineering, CX, Data and business areas, influencing decisions, priorities and direction;
Use behavioral data, product metrics and continuous feedback (e.g., Glassbox, Analytics) to support decisions and evolve solutions;
Act as a technical and experience reference for the verticals under your responsibility, supporting decision-making and the quality of deliveries;
Actively contribute to strengthening Omni's Design culture, participating in the evolution of processes, best practices, rituals and mentorships;
Use modern tools, including AI, to increase efficiency in discovery, synthesis, prototyping and validation, without compromising quality.

Solid experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or equivalent role, working across the full product lifecycle;
An up-to-date portfolio is required, with case studies that clearly demonstrate your reasoning, decision-making process, business impact and quality of delivery;
Hands-on and consistent experience in user research, usability testing and hypothesis validation;
Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and translate them into design decisions;
Ability to work collaboratively and exert influence within multidisciplinary teams;
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and FigJam (experience with research tools is a plus);
High standards for visual quality, attention to detail and a genuine concern for the end-to-end experience;
Knowledge of accessibility, design systems and componentization.
