About the role

Responsibilities
- Structure and implement credit policies;
- Develop a pricing strategy aligned with risk, profitability and market positioning;
- Define eligibility criteria, approval rules, authorization limits and segmentations;
- Build models and statistical analyses to support decision-making;
- Establish analytical data foundations and monitor portfolio performance;
- Work closely with commercial, product and technology teams;
- Take a leading role in building the credit and pricing workflow and customer journey;
- Hands-on, with a strong structuring mindset.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in quantitative areas, risk, finance or modeling is a plus.
- Experience:
- Solid experience at a bank or vehicle finance company;
- Practical experience building or managing credit and pricing policies;
- Experience with risk analysis, segmentation, setting approval rules and monitoring portfolio performance.
- Technical knowledge:
- Strong foundation in financial mathematics, statistics and quantitative analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL Server (data extraction and manipulation). Knowledge of Python and Microsoft Fabric / Windows Fabric will be considered a differential.
