- **What your day-to-day will look like:**
- Manage all stages of the Recruitment & Selection process for roles across different areas, with a strong focus on commercial positions (from aligning the profile through to issuing the offer)
- Publish opportunities on official channels and explore new sourcing channels
- Conduct sourcing and screening to actively identify candidates
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral fit against the requested profile and company values
- Administer tests and assessments
Requirements
- **What we expect from you:**
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience handling a high volume of vacancies and recruiting for Commercial (sales) positions
- Proactive, resilient, persuasive, and results-oriented profile
- Adaptability, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills are essential
- Experience in startups or technology companies is a plus
