About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the financial consultant for the network, supporting franchisees with in-depth analysis of results, cost structure, margins, and the profitability of each unit.
- Conduct financial analyses and consulting for franchises, ensuring alignment with franchisor guidelines and performance targets.
- Develop and maintain financial models and feasibility analyses for opening new units, expansions, or operational improvements.
- Prepare and present financial materials for performance meetings with franchisees and leadership, delivering actionable insights.
- Create and monitor dashboards and essential operational KPIs, ensuring data quality and standardization of network-wide indicators.
- Support the financial structuring process of units by identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a strategic business partner, guiding financial best practices and supporting decision-making by franchisees and the franchisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial planning and/or controllership.
- Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
- Experience with franchise models.
