About the role
- Help accounting firms identify operational improvements and automation opportunities. Lead solution adoption and implementation to increase productivity and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative diagnostics of accounting firms, mapping pain points, objectives and operational efficiency opportunities;
- Analyze accounting and operational processes to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities and productivity gains;
- Lead the adoption journey for ecosystem solutions, ensuring engagement and effective usage in partnership with the Customer Success team;
- Plan and monitor implementation projects for technological solutions;
- Present ecosystem products in a strategic, value-oriented manner to drive interest, adoption and deeper usage;
- Hold executive meetings with partners and managers to demonstrate impacts on productivity, costs and results;
- Monitor usage indicators, digital maturity and client progress;
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, generating insights and feedback to evolve the solutions.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of accounting processes (tax, payroll, general accounting and statutory obligations);
- Experience with SaaS solutions, ERP systems or accounting automation tools;
- Consultative profile with analytical ability for diagnosis and solution design;
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and executive audiences;
- Strategic business perspective with focus on efficiency, productivity and ROI;
- Organized, autonomous and results-oriented;
- Ability to influence, empathy and active listening;
- Adaptability and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
