About the role
- Team Leader for Server Administration at Omexom, overseeing server management and compliance activities while ensuring system availability and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership and coordination of the team responsible for the administration and maintenance of server systems, including the associated access and authorization concepts
- Responsible for ensuring high system availability, including escalation management and oversight of technical troubleshooting
- Actively shape and manage the continuous development of group-wide compliance activities in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Provide technical support and coordination for conducting risk analyses within established compliance methods
- Analyze, assess and prioritize IT-related compliance requirements, and monitor and report on the level of implementation
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification, preferably complemented by initial leadership experience as a project manager or similar
- Several years of relevant professional experience in information technology, particularly in compliance and server management, possibly including responsibility for technical leadership of teams
- Very good knowledge of IT processes and experience in their planning, optimization and monitoring
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution- and decision-oriented approach to work
- High interpersonal skills, strong team and communication abilities, and enthusiasm for leading and developing interdisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally
