Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects across all phases—from initial concept through design development, documentation, and construction
- Demonstrate exceptional design sensibility, strong conceptual thinking, and robust technical and communication skills
- Conduct design research and develop clear, compelling narratives that inform and communicate the design intent throughout all project stages
- Work closely with Project Leaders and design teams to establish and develop the project design direction
- Produce and coordinate technical documentation
- Oversee project realization
- Depending on project needs and your experience, you may also lead teams responsible for specific aspects of a project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 8 years' post-graduate experience in architecture, including interiors
- Strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio
- Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency rendering software, particularly in V-Ray and/or Enscape
- Experience working on complex, large-scale design projects in all phases
- Confidence working collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred Knowledge and experience working on BIM/Revit projects
- Experience working in construction documentation phases
- Licensed to practice architecture in the US or actively pursuing getting licensed
- Proficiency in additional languages, notably Japanese and/ or French.
