About the role

  • Integration Architect shaping integration landscape for Securitas IT through collaboration with business application teams. Driving quality integration design and governing end-to-end process integrations across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive integration architecture within the European Business Applications domain.
  • Collaborate closely with Application, Platform and Solution Architects, supporting integration-related design and implementation decisions.
  • Contribute and evolve patterns, and standards across integration technologies.
  • Actively participate and support product development teams and rollout projects.
  • Ensure integration solutions conform to architectural principles, standards, and security requirements.
  • Create lean specifications, integration implementation design, participate in architecture reviews, assessments, and secure signoff.
  • Safeguard long-term maintainability, scalability, and operational stability.
  • Promote best practices, reusable patterns, and knowledge sharing across teams and technologies.
  • Enable developer autonomy within defined governance guardrails.
  • Contribute to business plans, roadmaps, feasibility studies, and design workshops.
  • Provide domain expertise in integration to guide investment and technology decisions.
  • Align integration strategy with business objectives and enterprise architecture direction.
  • Own the lifecycle of process integrations, including infrastructure dependencies and service versioning.
  • Ensure observability and operational transparency of integration flows.
  • Maintain lean specifications and up-to-date architecture documentation.
  • Oversee access management, schemas, and associated data information models.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of working experience within Architecture and the broader IT industry.
  • 5+ years of relevant & documented Architecture experience from the Integration Domain and experience of Integration lean specifications as well as associated standards.
  • Expertise in application/process integration across systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP Finance, HCM), Infor WFM, Basware, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services and Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion Cloud Integrations.
  • Deep understanding of cloud integration patterns including REST, event-driven, messaging architectures.
  • Has a good understanding in Java, .NET programming.
  • Proven ability in translating complex business requirements and integration problems into well-defined and fine-grained technical integration solutions and implementation realization.
  • Ability to influence and employ the organization's integration vision and strategy in the realization of integration technical solution definitions and documentation.
  • Has been working in agile environments using well known agile methodologies for deliveries.
  • Has knowledge in using any architecture tooling used to build the different architecture artifacts and diagrams.
  • Has a strong passion and ambitious to guide, innovate and experiment beyond traditional integration and willing to go next level towards AI-powered and generative integration space.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Pragmatic and persistent way of working with a positive and open approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • English language proficiency to business standards.
