- Proficiency in user research and design methodologies
- Proficiency in visual design knowledge and methodologies
- Solid expertise in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proven track record of crafting industry-leading UI that has shipped to market
- Candidate needs to possess a high level of craft and the ability to teach said craft to other designers
