Responsibilities
- Execute payroll processes, vacations, 13th salary (annual bonus), terminations and general labor-related calculations
- Process new hires, terminations and employee record updates in the HR system
- Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plan, among others)
- Prepare HR/payroll reports and KPIs, ensuring the reliability of information
- Assist in interpreting and correctly applying labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements
- Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for new employees
- Contribute to the implementation and review of internal policies, rules and career plans
- Provide employee support to clarify questions about payroll, benefits and other HR-related matters
- Collaborate closely with HR and leadership, supporting decisions based on data and legal compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
- Proven experience in Personnel/Payroll administration
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with e-Social and other statutory obligations
- Desirable experience with payroll systems (e.g., Totvs, Protheus, ADP, etc.)
- Good interpersonal communication and ease in working as part of a team
- Analytical ability and attention to detail
- Organized and good time-management to handle multiple demands
- Proactive in identifying improvements, process corrections and practical solutions
