About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute payroll processes, vacations, 13th salary (annual bonus), terminations and general labor-related calculations
  • Process new hires, terminations and employee record updates in the HR system
  • Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plan, among others)
  • Prepare HR/payroll reports and KPIs, ensuring the reliability of information
  • Assist in interpreting and correctly applying labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements
  • Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Contribute to the implementation and review of internal policies, rules and career plans
  • Provide employee support to clarify questions about payroll, benefits and other HR-related matters
  • Collaborate closely with HR and leadership, supporting decisions based on data and legal compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
  • Proven experience in Personnel/Payroll administration
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with e-Social and other statutory obligations
  • Desirable experience with payroll systems (e.g., Totvs, Protheus, ADP, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal communication and ease in working as part of a team
  • Analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Organized and good time-management to handle multiple demands
  • Proactive in identifying improvements, process corrections and practical solutions
