Responsibilities
You drive topics, contribute ideas, and ensure social media becomes a real growth channel.
Together with our Head of Marketing and our Content Creator you form a well-coordinated, effective trio.
You develop our social media strategy (including the content plan) and execute it confidently.
You produce high-quality content – videos, reels, stories, photos, carousels.
You make our brand feel modern, clear, and relevant for workshops.
You manage our community, respond to inquiries, and build genuine relationships.
You coordinate external creators and influencers.
You support the team on projects, trade shows & events.
You work closely with Marketing & Sales to align content and customer journeys.
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management
Independent working style, strong sense for visual language, video and storytelling.
Experience with reels, short videos, social media tools and basic image/video editing.
Enjoy generating creative ideas, quick comprehension, and a desire to see things through to execution.
Bold, confident and empathetic presence – both in front of and behind the camera.
Very good German language skills.
