About the role

  • Social Media Manager driving visibility and building community for a SaaS company in automotive aftersales. Focused on strategy, content creation, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • You drive topics, contribute ideas, and ensure social media becomes a real growth channel.
  • Together with our Head of Marketing and our Content Creator you form a well-coordinated, effective trio.
  • You develop our social media strategy (including the content plan) and execute it confidently.
  • You produce high-quality content – videos, reels, stories, photos, carousels.
  • You make our brand feel modern, clear, and relevant for workshops.
  • You manage our community, respond to inquiries, and build genuine relationships.
  • You coordinate external creators and influencers.
  • You support the team on projects, trade shows & events.
  • You work closely with Marketing & Sales to align content and customer journeys.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management
  • Independent working style, strong sense for visual language, video and storytelling.
  • Experience with reels, short videos, social media tools and basic image/video editing.
  • Enjoy generating creative ideas, quick comprehension, and a desire to see things through to execution.
  • Bold, confident and empathetic presence – both in front of and behind the camera.
  • Very good German language skills.
