Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of clients in post-sales, focusing on customer service and client requests
  • Process improvements
  • Negotiation of contract adjustments
  • Development of management reports, dashboards, and portfolio data analysis
  • Plan and schedule on-site visits to clients in the assigned portfolio
  • Monitor and develop the pipeline within the client portfolio
  • Evaluate opportunities, mitigate risks, and anticipate service solutions
  • Develop initiatives to improve the company's relationships with clients and brokers
  • Promote and present campaigns for new enrollments
  • Provide assistance with contractual questions and locating specialist dentists
  • Negotiate annual contract adjustments
  • Prepare and issue contract amendments
  • Provide support to client companies and brokers
  • Follow up on daily case handling and ongoing interactions

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) required
