About the role

Responsibilities
- You support our operations teams in making data-driven decisions — from analyzing specific challenges to deriving effective actions.
- You accompany the implementation of process optimizations and ensure improvements have a sustainable impact.
- You develop and maintain all relevant data pipelines for the operations area — including automated reports, stable data flows for customer service, and lightweight, pragmatic tools that help teams in their day-to-day work.
- You ensure our data is reliable, usable, and always up to date.
- You analyze our operational processes end-to-end and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve quality.
- Your insights feed directly into strategic decision-making and help maintain our high service quality over the long term.
- You contribute to international initiatives to harmonize our data and measurement frameworks and bring your expertise to global projects.
- Your analyses of customer behavior, process performance, and trends provide an important basis for management decisions.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business, natural or engineering sciences, data science, or a comparable analytical-technical qualification.
- Strong skills in Python and SQL, and experience with modern data modeling tools such as dbt.
- You are comfortable working with large datasets and know how to structure, model, and turn them into insights.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in customer service or other operations environments — you understand what customer contact, workload, and process reality feel like.
- You don’t wait for tasks to be assigned — you proactively identify relevant levers to drive our operations forward with data.
- You work in a structured, independent manner and enjoy diving into complex contexts.
- You can explain technical topics clearly and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from diverse teams.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
