360° recruitment – serving as the interface between clients and freelance candidates
As a Sales Consultant, persuade prospective and existing clients of OCR and our service offering
Identify suitable freelancers, present them to your clients, coordinate and lead interviews, and remain the primary point of contact after placement
Expand the freelance candidate network and build relationships with specialist and executive professionals
Requirements
