About the role

  • As a 360° Recruitment Consultant, handle the connection between clients and freelance candidates in the Pharma and MedTech sectors. Focus on relationship building and market developments in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

  • 360° recruitment – serving as the interface between clients and freelance candidates
  • As a Sales Consultant, persuade prospective and existing clients of OCR and our service offering
  • Identify suitable freelancers, present them to your clients, coordinate and lead interviews, and remain the primary point of contact after placement
  • Expand the freelance candidate network and build relationships with specialist and executive professionals

Requirements

  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Quick comprehension and solution-oriented thinking
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
  • Good English proficiency, written and spoken
