About the role
- Adviser supporting the vice-president in governance at OACIQ, ensuring protection for real estate brokerage services in Québec. Collaboration on strategic initiatives and organizational projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist and advise the Vice-President in carrying out her duties.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and lead specific initiatives.
- Prepare briefing notes, analyses, recommendations, and presentations.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of action plans and communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries directed to the Vice-President.
Requirements
- University degree in law, administration, public policy, governance, or another relevant field
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Proficiency with technology tools and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Bilingualism (strong asset)
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
- Proven experience managing strategic files
- Experience as the lead responsible for delivering large-scale projects
