About the role

  • Adviser supporting the vice-president in governance at OACIQ, ensuring protection for real estate brokerage services in Québec. Collaboration on strategic initiatives and organizational projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and advise the Vice-President in carrying out her duties.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and lead specific initiatives.
  • Prepare briefing notes, analyses, recommendations, and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of action plans and communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries directed to the Vice-President.

Requirements

  • University degree in law, administration, public policy, governance, or another relevant field
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Proficiency with technology tools and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
  • Bilingualism (strong asset)
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing strategic files
  • Experience as the lead responsible for delivering large-scale projects
