Responsibilities
Assist and advise the Vice-President in carrying out her duties.
Contribute to strategic discussions and lead specific initiatives.
Prepare briefing notes, analyses, recommendations, and presentations.
Contribute to the development and monitoring of action plans and communications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries directed to the Vice-President.
Requirements
University degree in law, administration, public policy, governance, or another relevant field
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Proficiency with technology tools and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
Bilingualism (strong asset)
Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
Proven experience managing strategic files
Experience as the lead responsible for delivering large-scale projects
