Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, coordinate and follow up on various requests.
Manage the Vice-President’s schedule and calendar efficiently.
Maintain files and prepare documents required for meetings and committees.
Assist the team with planning, organizing and coordinating internal and external activities.
Implement and maintain filing systems in accordance with records management principles.
Ensure the security of confidential documents.
Perform any other related duties necessary for the smooth operation of the Vice-Presidency.
Requirements
DEC (College Diploma) in Office Technology, Administrative Techniques, or a related field.
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the macOS environment.
Excellent spoken and written French.
Knowledge of spoken and written English.
Proven administrative writing skills.
Knowledge of communications and marketing.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
