About the role

  • Administrative support role at OACIQ ensuring proper management of communications in Brossard, Quebec. Collaborating on various internal and external activities while managing the vice-president's schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, coordinate and follow up on various requests.
  • Manage the Vice-President’s schedule and calendar efficiently.
  • Maintain files and prepare documents required for meetings and committees.
  • Assist the team with planning, organizing and coordinating internal and external activities.
  • Implement and maintain filing systems in accordance with records management principles.
  • Ensure the security of confidential documents.
  • Perform any other related duties necessary for the smooth operation of the Vice-Presidency.

Requirements

  • DEC (College Diploma) in Office Technology, Administrative Techniques, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the macOS environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written French.
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Proven administrative writing skills.
  • Knowledge of communications and marketing.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
