Responsibilities
Own influencer marketing strategy from beginning to end – executing all influencer campaigns from sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, execution, and reporting.
Manage and scale the Open Ambassador program.

Optimize existing partner performance while expanding into new, untapped cohorts.

Build a diverse partner network to expand acquisition and awareness for Open app & studio.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Content & Paid teams to build best in class partner briefs for monthly campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Keep a pulse on emerging platforms, best in class creative, and new content styles to ensure Open’s influencer program remains unique, efficient, and ahead of the latest social media trends.
Requirements
5+ years influencer, affiliate experience driving profitable customer acquisition and managing large budgets.
Proven success executing influencer campaigns that contribute to full-funnel performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Mastery in storytelling using the tools of data, insights, and calculated intuition.
A dynamic approach to problem solving and the ability to toggle between creative and analytical mindset.
Attention to detail and craftsmanship while also considerate of deadlines, constraints, and the big picture.
