Responsibilities
Assists in planning, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of business solutions.
Analyzes assigned tasks and develops solutions to meet the needs through use of business Intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems or methods, and procedures.
Competent to work on all phases of development independently.
Works cooperatively to determine problems that need solving, identifying needs and develops or recommends potential solutions.
Capable of providing leadership and technical direction on large multi-entity corporate level projects.
Requirements
Master’s Degree – OR - bachelor’s degree with three (3) years relevant experience to include: Business Intelligence, or Systems Analyst experience, database code and management experience – WITH - Degree Concentration in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence or healthcare related field.
One (1) year of Project Management Experience.
Excellence in using query languages such as SQL.
Good scripting and programming skills.
Proficiency in data visualization tools.
Excellent understanding of RDMS.
Preferred: Three (3) years of Reports, Metrics and Dashboard creation.
Clinical or Financial Systems Organizational Experience.
Two (2) years Epic Experience.
Experience in SSIS Integration Services.
Experience in SSRS Reporting Services.
Must be willing to travel for training and achieve certification within ninety (90) days of completion of training at Epic in application as assigned.
Preferred: Green Belt Lean/Six Sigma Certified.
