About the role

• Senior BI Analyst shaping reporting and insights at Global App Testing. Collaborating cross-functionally to support decision making with reliable data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape how business reporting works at Global App Testing.
• Ensuring teams across the company have access to reliable insights.
• Bring structure and clarity to reporting by maintaining and improving dashboards.
• Produce ad-hoc analysis and help teams understand available data.
• Collaborate closely with Operational Delivery teams, Commercial teams, Leadership, Product Management and Engineering.
• Perform an internal consultative role by helping teams interpret data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Reporting roles.
• Experience supporting reporting across multiple business functions such as operations, sales or product teams.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills are essential.
• Ability to query Redshift and Postgres databases confidently.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in BI tools (Metabase preferred).
• Experience analysing and integrating data from multiple sources such as databases, spreadsheets and CRM systems.
• Ability to structure datasets and queries to support reliable and repeatable reporting.
• B2+ level English (clear oral and written communication).
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania with willingness to be in the office two days per week.
