  • Manager des opérations de restauration dans des campings en France. Assurer le service et la satisfaction des clients tout en gérant les équipes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all food service operations at the campsite
  • Ensure service quality and hygiene standards (knowledge of HACCP)
  • Adapt to various positions in the kitchen and front-of-house/service
  • Organize and coordinate team tasks
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Requirements

  • Previous experience in front-of-house service or in the kitchen
  • Proven versatility and adaptability
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good command of French; a second language is a big plus
