  • Manage restaurant operations within the campsite
  • Ensure service quality and hygiene (knowledge of HACCP)
  • Adapt to different positions in the kitchen and front of house/service
  • Organize and coordinate your team’s tasks
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Requirements

  • Prior experience in front-of-house service or in the kitchen
  • Exceptional versatility and flexibility
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good command of French; a foreign language is a strong plus
