Responsibilities
As a Cloud Security Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Microsoft technologies, you will engage with clients and respond to their requirements
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Respond to RFPs and develop and present compelling business proposals tailored to client needs
Design and recommend cloud security architectures and strategies aligned to business objectives
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
Serve as Functional Manager by providing guidance, fostering a collaborative environment, and managing goals and objectives
Requirements
Citizenship of one of the 32 NATO member states
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience: Proven experience managing teams in information technology with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Purview
Certifications: Current cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, the Microsoft Defender suite, and Purview data governance tools
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Travel: Availability for business travel up to approximately 30% of the time
Project management: Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through completion
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions
Relationship building: Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
