About the role

Responsibilities
- You work as part of a two-person team (you + one other technician) and oversee the complete installation of fall-protection systems.
- Participate in joint inspection visits / site-specific safety and health plans (PPSPS) and other preparatory site meetings.
- Prepare the site: equipment, PPE, and securing the work area.
- Install fall-protection systems (lifelines, guardrails, ladders, etc.).
- Manage your team, monitor progress, and ensure quality.
- Inspect and test (pull/tension tests, test reports, as-built/completion documentation).
- Report daily via Alobees and by phone contact with the site foreman.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years' experience in work-at-height / roofing / as a roofer.
- Valid Work-at-Height certification.
- Ability to read plans and a strong safety mindset.
- Leadership, clear communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong coordination skills (internal and external).
- Manufacturer training on work-at-height systems.
- CACES (MEWP and forklift) and SST (first aid) certifications.
- On-site management experience (1–3 people).
- Comfortable with computers.
- Experience with site apps (Alobees or equivalent).
