About the role
- Installs complete fall protection systems ensuring safety compliance. Managing team and quality of work on construction sites in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the complete installation of fall arrest and fall protection systems
- Prepare the site: equipment, PPE, secure the work area
- Install fall protection systems and anchors
- Manage your team, monitor progress, and ensure quality
- Inspect & test (pull/anchor tests, test reports (PV), as-built dossiers (DOE))
- Report daily via Alobees and by phone to the site manager / foreman
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience working at height / on roofs / as a rope-access technician
- Valid Work at Height certification
- Ability to read technical plans and a strong safety mindset
