Responsibilities
- Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
- Direct and manage custom application work
- Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance

- Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in production agricultural or retail crop input industry
- CDL & Custom Applicator license preferred
- Knowledge of farm equipment technology preferred
- Agricultural based degree desired
- Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
