About the role

  • Co-op Analyst role focusing on data analysis and compensation strategies at Nutrien. Assisting the Global Compensation Team with various tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Compensation Team in day-to-day activities including data analysis (such as impact analysis, data modeling, costing), data visualization, conducting data audits and generating reports.
  • Partner with the Compensation Team to advance Nutrien’s compensation strategy and framework by preparing presentations and communication materials related to compensation programs and processes.
  • Assist Compensation Advisors with job evaluations, market pricing, and completion of market surveys.
  • Administer various compensation related SharePoint sites, intranet sites and project planning sites.
  • Support special compensation projects as required.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at a recognized post-secondary institution in Business, Human Resources, Finance or other related business or technology field.
  • Minimum 2nd year student, with a graduation date of August 2026 or later.
