About the role

  • Analyst supporting Procurement Governance by conducting audits of supplier contracts. Collaborating with various teams to enhance procurement practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Audit supplier contracts and contract‑related transactions to verify compliance with commercial terms and conditions.
  • Document audit findings and prepare clear, defensible reports that outline issues, root causes, financial impact, and recommended actions.
  • Communicate audit results to internal stakeholders and external suppliers in a professional and collaborative manner.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to resolve audit findings and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional designations such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or an equivalent certification are considered strong assets.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in contract auditing, internal audit, compliance, or related financial or governance functions.
  • Knowledge of Canadian statutory payroll taxes and U.S. unemployment insurance tax requirements.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (preferred).
