Responsibilities
Drive profitable sales growth and a high-performance sales culture through a team of sellers across Eastern Canada and British Columbia.
Oversee the sales of a designated area, including receivables, product delivery and sales.
Meet or exceed Profit and Loss objectives for the assigned selling areas.
Provide coaching and leadership to sales staff to assure that sales and margin objectives are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, and stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
Agricultural or Commerce based degree or equivalent experience of 5 years.
Five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated successful experience of agriculture crop inputs sales & marketing.
Three (3) years of this experience must have been in a management capacity.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
