About the role

  • Sales Manager leading sales growth and team management for agriculture crop inputs across Eastern Canada and BC. Overseeing sales operations, client relationships, and performance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable sales growth and a high-performance sales culture through a team of sellers across Eastern Canada and British Columbia.
  • Oversee the sales of a designated area, including receivables, product delivery and sales.
  • Meet or exceed Profit and Loss objectives for the assigned selling areas.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to sales staff to assure that sales and margin objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Agricultural or Commerce based degree or equivalent experience of 5 years.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of demonstrated successful experience of agriculture crop inputs sales & marketing.
  • Three (3) years of this experience must have been in a management capacity.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
