Responsibilities
Work with providers and distribution centres to ensure batch control is being followed
Collaborate with all stakeholders to investigate / resolve issues whilst ensuring quality control
Ensure agreed inventory management principles are followed
Oversee ad-hoc requirements and rework as necessary
Assist with compliance of dangerous goods for storage and transport
Managing customer questions and queries
Generate and analyse regular weekly reporting and regular stocktake counts
Manage incoming and outgoing stock, returns and deliveries as needed
Support the Supply Chain strategy and look for opportunities to strive for best practise
Requirements
Proven experience in logistics coordination, distribution centre administration, or related roles
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of transport and warehouse operations
SAP Experience is highly advantageous
Understanding of Dangerous Goods classifications advantageous but not mandatory
