About the role

  • Logistics Coordinator ensuring batch control and quality in supply chain operations. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing stock deliveries in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with providers and distribution centres to ensure batch control is being followed
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to investigate / resolve issues whilst ensuring quality control
  • Ensure agreed inventory management principles are followed
  • Oversee ad-hoc requirements and rework as necessary
  • Assist with compliance of dangerous goods for storage and transport
  • Managing customer questions and queries
  • Generate and analyse regular weekly reporting and regular stocktake counts
  • Manage incoming and outgoing stock, returns and deliveries as needed
  • Support the Supply Chain strategy and look for opportunities to strive for best practise

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, distribution centre administration, or related roles
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of transport and warehouse operations
  • SAP Experience is highly advantageous
  • Understanding of Dangerous Goods classifications advantageous but not mandatory
