Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the company and team members
Prepare spreadsheets, and reports
Maintain organized filing systems
On-boarding of new clients in sign on software
Complete exit processes for ex-clients
Assist with internal client marketing activates as required
Companies office management
ACC system management
Respond to general email enquiries
Direct enquiries to appropriate team members
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and bookings
Enter and update information in company databases and systems
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Ensure files and records are stored according to company procedures
Co-ordinate IRD mail
Assist with onboarding administration for new employees
Assist with IRD Tax agency management
Support reconciliation tasks
Provide administrative assistance to projects and operational tasks
Support preparation of reports and documentation for management
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Follow company policies and administrative procedures
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Basic data entry and record management skills
Familiarity with office systems or XPM(Xero) software (preferred)
Experience with Xero is an advantage
