About the role

  • Support employee for CMS system in a family-owned media company. Tasks include user support and technical assistance with the CMS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide service-oriented, timely solutions to user requests
  • Create user profiles and content objects in the Artikelstar editorial/CMS system
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for content objects
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to our users
  • Handle daily inquiries by phone and email
  • Train users
  • Ensure correct publishing and maintenance of all content on NUSSBAUM.de – from profile management to event entry

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • IT affinity / strong technical interest
  • Team player, reliable, flexible
  • Service-oriented, structured, and independent working style
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
