About the role
- FP&A Analyst handling financial planning and business analysis for a logistics platform in Brazil. Supporting leadership decisions with actionable insights and financial modeling plans.
Responsibilities
- Assess the company's current financial position and set projected objectives to be achieved, taking into account external macroeconomic and market conditions.
- Implement core financial processes and standardized report templates/topologies.
- Support the integration of the business through regular rituals and routines, the business cycle, and financial statements (primarily P&L).
- Execute key financial planning processes such as month-end closing and forecasts (short- and medium-term).
- Support leadership (financial and non-financial) in decision-making.
- Monitor key financial indicators and area targets, including OKRs and KPIs.
- Lead the new budgeting cycle together with the treasurer, reviewing strategic plans and understanding the business's specific characteristics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting.
- Experience in business analysis and financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong ability to understand business performance and provide insights to leaders in operations, finance, and commercial/sales.
- Knowledge of Financial Modeling.
- Advanced Office 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with the TOTVS system.
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
