About the role
- Sênior Infrastructure Analyst overseeing critical IT environments both in cloud and on-premises. Working with multicloud setups and ensuring high availability of services.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and evolve customers' critical environments in both cloud and on-premises infrastructure;
- Work within multicloud ecosystems, leveraging major market providers (AWS, OCI, GCP, among others);
- Administer Windows and Linux servers with emphasis on availability, automation, hardening, and advanced troubleshooting;
- Maintain and improve network environments, including firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, routing, and hybrid connectivity;
- Implement and maintain high-availability architectures, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions;
- Participate in migration, modernization, and multicloud standardization projects;
- Produce technical documentation, procedures, and architecture diagrams;
- Manage critical incidents, lead root cause analyses (RCA), and propose continuous improvement actions;
- Collaborate with internal security, development, and operations teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, working with Cloud and On-Premises environments;
- Strong experience with multicloud using AWS, Azure, and/or GCP;
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.);
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, routing);
- Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux (administration, automation, and troubleshooting);
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.);
- Knowledge of automation / Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.);
- Experience with backup solutions, storage, high availability, and critical environments;
- Ability to perform under pressure during complex incidents;
- Strong client relationship skills: understand customer needs and expectations and provide high-quality service;
- Advanced technical English.
