About the role
- Infrastructure Analyst managing critical environments for clients in healthcare sector on cloud and on-premises. Collaborating in multicloud ecosystems using major market players.
Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and evolve clients' critical environments in cloud and on-premises infrastructure;
- Work in multicloud ecosystems, using major market providers (AWS, OCI, GCP, among others);
- Manage Windows and Linux servers, focusing on availability, automation, hardening, and advanced troubleshooting;
- Maintain and improve network environments, including firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, routing, and hybrid connectivity;
- Implement and maintain high-availability architectures, recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions;
- Participate in migration, modernization, and multicloud environment standardization projects;
- Create technical documentation, procedures, and architecture diagrams;
- Manage critical incidents, leading root cause analyses (RCA) and proposing continuous improvement actions;
- Collaborate with internal security, development, and operations teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, in Cloud and On-Premises environments;
- Solid experience with multicloud using AWS, OCI and/or GCP;
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.);
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, routing);
- Extensive experience with Windows Server and Linux (administration, automation and troubleshooting);
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.);
- Knowledge of automation / Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.);
- Experience with backup solutions, storage, high availability and critical environments;
- Ability to perform under pressure during complex incidents;
- Strong client relationship skills, understanding client needs and expectations, and delivering quality service;
- Advanced technical English.
