About the role
- Project leader and consultant overseeing web projects for clients in Switzerland. Collaborating with design and development teams to ensure quality and successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate web projects across all phases (initial meeting, requirements gathering, planning, controlling, implementation, closure)
- Communicate with and advise clients; handle client inquiries by email and phone
- Act as the interface between design, development and the client
- Create project roadmaps in alignment with clients
- Plan resources for the project teams
- Assist with cost estimates and the preparation of proposals
Requirements
- A relevant and appropriate education or degree (e.g., computer science education with business training, business degree with IT experience, or similar)
- Experience leading projects with an IT focus
- Reliability is one of your strengths
- Experience preparing proposals and advising (potential) clients is an advantage
- Knowledge of various agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and self-initiative
- Positive mindset with a good sense of humor
- Team player who enjoys working with people (yes, even in the mornings)
- Used to working independently and organizing yourself
