Identify opportunities and market potential for future CVD (cardiovascular disease) assets in Poland
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in alignment with global strategies
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic commercial perspectives are integrated into business decisions
Lead strategic and operational initiatives to capitalize on commercial opportunities
Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders to support market access and commercial success
Requirements
Master’s Degree in life science or business
Ability to drive cross- functional teams
Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with min.3 years of expertise in the cardiovascular area in Poland
Experience in commercial, market access, and business positions with cross-functional collaboration
Direct experience in at least two areas: Brand Value Communications, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Customer Insight Gathering and Market Development
Proven ability to build networks with healthcare decision-makers and deliver business objectives in alignment with stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills to articulate complex issues persuasively.
