Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and market potential for future CVD (cardiovascular disease) assets in Poland
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in alignment with global strategies
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic commercial perspectives are integrated into business decisions
  • Lead strategic and operational initiatives to capitalize on commercial opportunities
  • Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders to support market access and commercial success

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in life science or business
  • Ability to drive cross- functional teams
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with min.3 years of expertise in the cardiovascular area in Poland
  • Experience in commercial, market access, and business positions with cross-functional collaboration
  • Direct experience in at least two areas: Brand Value Communications, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Customer Insight Gathering and Market Development
  • Proven ability to build networks with healthcare decision-makers and deliver business objectives in alignment with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills to articulate complex issues persuasively.
