About the role
- Technical Designer responsible for maintaining technical documentation and supporting strategic direction at Novonesis. Involves 2D drafting in AutoCAD and quality assurance of documentation processes.
Responsibilities
- Være en nøglespiller i at sikre Novonesis’ dokumentation er opdateret og tilgængeligt for vores brugere.
- Rådgivning af projektledere og leverandører i vores krav og standarder.
- Overtagelse af dokumentationspakker fra projekter, og efterfølgende arkivering.
- Tegningsrettelser i 2d – AutoCAD.
- Problemløsning.
- Bidrage til optimering og løbende forbedringer af processer og udvikling af dokumentationsstrategi.
Requirements
- har et stærkt kvalitetsmindset og arbejder organiseret, struktureret og selvstændigt
- trives med administrative opgaver og har styr på teknisk dokumentation og dokumentationsstyring i databaser
- kan prioritere egne opgaver i en travl hverdag og arbejder proaktivt med at opsøge, følge og færdiggøre opgaver
- har erfaring med 2D-tegning i AutoCAD
- kan drage egne konklusioner baseret på tidligere erfaring og/eller i sparring med teamet
- kan deltage aktivt og være tovholder på standardisering og udvikling af processer, der understøtter kvalitet og fælles udvikling
- har gode sproglige og sociale kompetencer samt en positiv indstilling.
