About the role
- Designer creating original design solutions for branding and integrated campaigns, collaborating with teams and guiding junior designers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to bring concepts to execution.
- Create visual identities, layouts, presentations, and campaign assets with a strong sense of craft.
- Oversee design consistency across touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.
- Guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and cultural shifts to keep work fresh and relevant.
- Can work on basic animation and motion graphics, using tools like After Effects or AI-driven animation platforms.
- Harness AI-powered tools (MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, Figma AI, ChatGPT, etc.) for ideation, prototyping, and design acceleration.
- Experiment with AI to unlock new formats of storytelling, motion, interactive, generative content.
- Present work internally and externally with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
- Partner with various teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop compelling, original, and on-brand design solutions across campaigns, platforms, and media.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in design within an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital, social, print, branding, and integrated campaigns.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and design principles.
- Ability to balance conceptual thinking with meticulous execution.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
