Responsibilities
Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to bring concepts to execution.
Create visual identities, layouts, presentations, and campaign assets with a strong sense of craft.
Oversee design consistency across touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.
Guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and cultural shifts to keep work fresh and relevant.
Can work on basic animation and motion graphics, using tools like After Effects or AI-driven animation platforms.
Harness AI-powered tools (MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, Figma AI, ChatGPT, etc.) for ideation, prototyping, and design acceleration.
Experiment with AI to unlock new formats of storytelling, motion, interactive, generative content.
Present work internally and externally with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
Partner with various teams to ensure flawless execution.
Develop compelling, original, and on-brand design solutions across campaigns, platforms, and media.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in design within an advertising or creative agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital, social, print, branding, and integrated campaigns.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and design principles.
Ability to balance conceptual thinking with meticulous execution.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
