About the role

  • BackOffice Comercial role supporting cybersecurity operations through CRM management and sales data analysis. Collaborating with sales teams to enhance efficiency and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational and strategic support for the cybersecurity commercial area, ensuring correct management of opportunities, high-quality information in the CRM, monitoring of performance indicators and organization of commercial processes, contributing to greater sales team efficiency and the achievement of business goals.
  • Register business opportunities on manufacturers' platforms, ensuring compliance with each partner's requirements.
  • Maintain control and tracking of opportunity records, ensuring continuous and accurate updates.
  • Support leadership in creating, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as in the weekly review of the commercial pipeline.
  • Prepare executive presentations and reports in PowerPoint, focused on demonstrating commercial results and tracking weekly targets.
  • Enter, update and manage information in the Salesforce CRM, including approvals, opportunity records and related documentation.
  • Respond promptly to requests received by email and internal requests from the sales team.
  • Upload and organize documents in Salesforce and in manufacturers' and partners' portals, ensuring proper formalization of processes.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing commercial proposals and quotations when required.
  • Act as the focal point between the sales team, manufacturers and distributors, providing support on questions related to opportunities, training or commercial processes.
  • Send and track documentation for signatures, including partnership agreements, customer contracts and internal statements.
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of information recorded in Salesforce, supporting Account Managers (AMs) and pre-sales in correctly filling out data.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 alignment meetings with AMs and pre-sales to increase visibility, consistency and reliability of commercial information.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports in Salesforce, contributing to strategic analyses and supporting leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • Required experience in commercial routines and strong communication skills, as well as solid proficiency with Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and knowledge of CRM (Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Commercial Back Office or Sales Support.
  • Experience with administrative and operational routines of the commercial area, including opportunity management, quotations, proposals and pipeline monitoring.
  • Experience using a commercial CRM, preferably Salesforce, for recording, tracking and updating opportunities and commercial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (intermediate to advanced) for data analysis, information control and report creation.
  • Experience organizing and controlling commercial documents, contracts and records in internal systems and partner or manufacturer portals.
  • Ability to consolidate and analyze commercial data, contributing to the monitoring of targets and performance indicators.
