About the role
- Azure Cloud Security Engineer designing and implementing Azure cloud security solutions in hybrid work environment. Join a new competence center in Budapest with international exposure and project stability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure cloud security solutions (policies, baselines, hardening)
- Manage and optimize identity and access management (IAM) in cloud environments
- Configure and operate security tools (e.g. Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, logging & monitoring)
- Support governance, compliance, and audit processes in an enterprise environment
- Collaborate with cloud, platform, and security teams across international projects
- Contribute to building and scaling a new cloud security capability
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud / Azure security
- Strong practical knowledge of Azure security services and architecture
- Relevant Azure certification (professional level) – e.g. AZ-500, SC-100 or similar
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- English proficiency (written and spoken, professional use)
- Nice to have: Experience in banking or regulated environments
- Nice to have: Exposure to SecDevOps practices
