- Provide technical support in the maintenance or enhancements of systems
- Provide tier-two user support
- Serve as a liaison between assigned business units and the technical team to provide technical support
Requirements
- Four years’ experience implementing and/or administering HRIS
- Direct experience in large-scale data conversions
- Strong data analysis skills
- Demonstrated success in implementing complex HRIS integrations
- Extensive experience managing and optimizing large-scale Workday environments
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present and document high quality, detailed deliverables
