About the role

  • Review and resolve data conversion and integration issues to document root cause(s) and successfully populate accurate data into Workday
  • Provide technical support in the maintenance or enhancements of systems
  • Provide tier-two user support
  • Serve as a liaison between assigned business units and the technical team to provide technical support

Requirements

  • Four years’ experience implementing and/or administering HRIS
  • Direct experience in large-scale data conversions
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated success in implementing complex HRIS integrations
  • Extensive experience managing and optimizing large-scale Workday environments
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present and document high quality, detailed deliverables
