About the role

  • Marketing & Communications Manager enhancing visibility and performance of global communications at Novaspace. Collaborating with senior executives to create compelling digital content for the space sector.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the visibility, impact, and performance of global communications.
  • Amplify Executive Summits (WSBW, SDSS, SPIN, SSRF) and support consulting projects on communications.
  • Design and execute strategic content that resonates with senior executives and industry leaders in the global space sector.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing content for Novaspace’s Executive Summits or Novaspace clients.
  • Create compelling visuals aligned with Novaspace’s brand identity.
  • Draft clear, concise, and impactful narratives tailored for a B2B, senior-level audience.
  • Support corporate communications with thought-leadership pieces, website updates, and brand content.
  • Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Explore innovative content formats: speaker highlights, event capsules, behind-the-scenes coverage, interviews.
  • Ensure all posts have a strong narrative and clear call to action.
  • Monitor and manage social media performance, engagement, and community interactions.
  • Develop targeted email campaigns supporting event promotion, sponsor visibility, and corporate announcements.
  • Segment audiences effectively and optimise email funnels to increase conversions.
  • Analyse campaign performance and implement continuous improvement.
  • Track core KPIs: reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, conversions.
  • Produce monthly and campaign-based performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or content production.
  • Strong mastery of social media strategy, especially LinkedIn and content formats suited to B2B markets.
  • Proven ability to craft clear, compelling, and editorially strong messages for senior-level audiences.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Brevo, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of analytics (GA4, platform insights, KPI tracking).
  • Skilled at transforming complex topics into accessible, engaging digital content.
  • Comfortable working at high pace, with tight deadlines, across multiple parallel projects.
  • Any of the following would be a plus: Experience in the space, aviation, tech, consulting, or innovation sectors.
  • Familiarity with events marketing and live content production.
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Playplay, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge for Hootsuite social media management tool
