Responsibilities

  • Plans, monitors, and manages leader development programs.
  • Responsible for supporting teams in learning and development.
  • Manages scope, risk, business value, schedule, and budget of leader development programs.
  • Develops relationships with business clients for program delivery.
  • Analyzes process workflow and implements necessary changes to support scalability and expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business, HR, Project Management or related field preferred OR significant directly-related work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in processes and project support/management, including analysis and documentation.
  • Ability to work with general direction to scope, plan, and manage cross-department programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage mid-complexity assignments.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Seen as a team player and supportive of group decisions and ideas.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills to build rapport within the company and with outside vendors.
  • High degree of personal initiative and motivation.
