About the role

  • Program Manager driving retention & programs across the JAPAC geo at Adobe. Collaborating with Retention Sales & Operations teams to manage attrition risk, renewals, and upsell.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring all programs are delivered in a timely way, within scope, and to a high standard
  • Goes beyond status reporting to drive issues to resolution by anticipating risks and developing risk mitigation strategies
  • Develop a standard program structure, whilst maintaining the ability to adapt and adjust accordingly depending on the initiative and any shifts in strategic direction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all projects
  • Ensure projects and initiatives are aligned to JAPAC’s strategic objectives and business outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience in a Program Management or similar environment with sound understanding of project management methodologies and industry-standard processes
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to advocate a course of action
  • Ability to drive process improvements and champion a culture of operational excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a self-starter attitude with a bias to action
  • Experience working across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals, initiatives, and drive growth
